What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours for all stores are:

Monday – Wedensday: 8:30am-9pm

Thursday & Friday: 8.30am-10pm

Saturday: 8.30am-8pm

Sunday: 10am- 7pm

Opening hours will vary during Holiday times i.e. Christmas, but we notify you of these hours at the time on our website and our Facebook page.

Where is my nearest MrPRICE store?

You can find your nearest store by using our Find a Store section. This is a map which shows you all of our stores. When you click on an individual store there is information on the address, contact details and opening hours.

Do your shops have telephones?

Yes, use the Find a Store tab at the top of the page. Find and click on your local store on the map and it will give you the phone number and opening hours of that store.

Do you have any jobs?

We post up any new positions in the career section of our website.

Do you have foil balloons and helium filled balloons?

Yes, We have a wide range of Foil balloons and you will find a list of prices on our balloons page.

Unfortunately we no longer offer a helium filling service for balloons not purchased in MrPRICE.

What is the Mr.Price return policy for items purchased in store?
  • What is MrPRICE’ return policy?
    • Yes, We MrPRICE offer customers an exchange for unopened items returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase and in its original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, food , jewellery, liquids, clothing and other items from time to time are excluded. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
  • Can I return an unopened product after the 7 day return period has expired?
    • This will be at the sole discretion of the manager of the store from which the product was purchased. Please contact the store manager directly.  All our store telephone numbers can be located by visiting our Find a Store page.
  • Does the product have to be returned to the same MrPRICE store from which it was purchased in order to receive a refund or exchange or can it be returned to any store?
    • You can return the product(s) to any MrPRICE store.
  • The product I purchased is faulty, what can I do?
    • Please take the product with your valid till receipt or other proof of purchase to your nearest MrPRICE store, for the attention of the Store Manager who will be able to assist you further.
What is the MrPRICE return policy for items purchased online?

If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund within 14 days from receipt of products and place a new order.
