  • Tuesday - 8:30am until 9:00pm
  • Wednesday - 8:30am until 9:00pm
  • Thursday - 8:30am until 10:00pm
  • Friday - 8:30am until 10:00pm
  • Saturday - 8.30am until 8:00pm
  • Sunday -10:00am until 7:00pm

Opening hours will vary during Holiday times i.e. Christmas, but we notify you of these hours at the time on our website and our Facebook page.

You can find your nearest store by using our Find a Store section. This is a map which shows you all of our stores. When you click on an individual store there is information on the address, contact details and opening hours.

Yes, use the Find a Store tab at the top of the page. Find and click on your local store on the map and it will give you the phone number and opening hours of that store.

Yes, We have a wide range of Foil balloons and you will find a list of prices on our balloons page.

Unfortunately we no longer offer a helium filling service for balloons not purchased in MrPRICE.

What is MrPRICE’  store only return policy?

Yes, We MrPRICE offer customers an exchange for unopened items returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase and in its original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, food, jewellery, liquids, clothing and other items from time to time are excluded.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Can I return an unopened product after the 7 day return period has expired?
This will be at the sole discretion of the manager of the store from which the product was purchased. Please contact the store manager directly.  All our store telephone numbers can be located by visiting our Find a Store.

Does the product have to be returned to the same MrPRICE store from which it was purchased in order to receive a refund or exchange or can it be returned to any store

You can return the product(s) to any MrPRICE store.

The product I purchased is faulty, what can I do?
Please take the product with your valid till receipt or other proof of purchase to your nearest MrPRICE store, for the attention of the Store Manager who will be able to assist you further.

IF YOU PURCHASED AN ITEM ONLINE, PLEASE SEE THE ONLINE STORE FOR DETAILS.

Please go to our online store for all return information, refund policy and all the details you'll need. You cannot return an item purchased online to a MrPRICE store.
